Violin / Viola / Piano / Theory Lessons

Xandrija (BMus) has been teaching privately and in schools for  more than two decades and is happy teaching students of all ages, from infant school age to retirees, beginners to post grade 8 students.

Xandrija offers tailored lessons through holistic instrumental learning that incorporates aural training and theory, including analysis and listening and appraisal.  Exams can be a great source of motivation and evidence of progression and Xandrija regularly guides students through both instrumental and theory exams  (ABRSM, Trinity, MTB, LCM).  However, she is aware that exams are not for everyone and prepartion for exams will commence only after discussion with the student to assess their level of willingness.

Xandrija is also available as an accompanist  for exams and concerts and repetiteur for choral rehearsals.
